GridStats Platform Terms

1. General Provisions

• These terms define the rules for using the GridStats Platform.
• The owner and administrator of the Platform is Jakub Burzynski.

• If any provision of these Platform Terms overlaps with detailed purchase, withdrawal, or refund provisions, the Terms of Service prevail for those matters.

Definitions used in these terms: Platform means the GridStats website and related pages; User means a person using the Platform; Account means a registered user profile.

2. Platform Functionality

• browsing Formula 1 content and data,
• access to schedule, driver profiles, and team profiles,
• registration, login, and account use,
• premium features after activation.

The Platform currently does not provide general public user-generated content publishing features.

3. Conditions of Use

Users must use the Platform in compliance with law and these terms.

Users should be at least 16 years old to independently use account-based functions; younger users may use the service only where permitted by applicable law and with required guardian involvement.

The following are prohibited in particular:

• posting unlawful content,
• compromising Platform security,
• bypassing technical safeguards,
• impersonation,
• spam and abusive behavior.

Violations include, in particular, repeated unauthorized login attempts, deliberate attempts to disrupt service availability, use of stolen credentials, and actions violating applicable law.

4. User Account

• Users are responsible for login credential security.
• In case of suspected unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.
• The service provider may temporarily suspend or block an account in case of violations.
• Where feasible and legally permissible, the User is notified about suspension/blocking and its main reason.
• Users may request account deletion by contacting [email protected] from the account email address.
• The service provider may verify identity before deleting an account.
• Deleting an account may permanently remove access to account-related features and data.
• An account may be permanently deleted by the administrator in justified cases, including severe or repeated violations, fraud abuse, legal obligations, or long-term inactivity combined with security risk.
• A User may submit an appeal against suspension/blocking by contacting [email protected] within 14 days from notification; appeals are reviewed without undue delay.

5. Premium and Transactions

• The Platform may offer paid Premium Account status.
• Payments and transaction authorization are processed via PayByLink (Systemy Platnicze sp. z o.o., al. Jana Pawla II, 00-133 Warszawa, NIP: 1182105129, REGON: 360726494), acting as an independent payment-services controller for payment execution.
• Complaint and refund details are defined in the Terms of Service and Complaints Policy.

6. Liability and Availability

The service provider uses due care to keep the Platform functional and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability limitations do not affect mandatory Consumer rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform content and elements are legally protected. Use beyond permitted use requires prior authorization from the rights holder.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal lawful use only.

Without prior authorization, users may not copy substantial parts of content, systematically scrape data, commercially redistribute materials, or remove proprietary notices.

8. Personal Data

Personal data and cookie processing rules are defined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated for important legal, technical, or organizational reasons. The current version is published on the Platform.

Users will be notified of material changes in an appropriate manner, including a notice on the Platform and, where feasible, account-level communication.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated terms means acceptance of those changes.

If a User does not accept updated terms, they may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at [email protected].

10. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Disputes may be resolved out of court, including through the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Platform-level moderation, suspension, and account-access rules in these terms are complementary to complaint procedures defined in the Complaints Policy.

If the Platform is discontinued or materially shut down, users will be informed in advance where feasible, and active paid access handling will follow the Terms of Service and applicable law.
